Healthcare organizations recognized for excellence in patient satisfaction and overall care
Alpharetta, GA – For the past nine years, SPH Analytics has awarded the annual National APEX Quality Award to recognize healthcare providers who demonstrate the highest level of excellence in patient satisfaction. SPH Analytics announced today that 108 healthcare provider organizations have earned its 2017 National APEX Quality Award, including six facilities who are nine-time winners of the award. This national distinction recognizes outstanding healthcare providers who have demonstrated excellence in patient satisfaction and overall care. Winners include ambulatory surgery centers, catheterization laboratories, diagnostic imaging centers, endoscopy centers, physician practices, and therapy and rehabilitation centers.
APEX Quality Award recipients use SPH Analytics’ insightful patient experience surveying and perception management solution. Winners represent the top 15% of SPH clients and are determined based solely on patient feedback and evidence-based success.
The 2017 APEX Quality Award recognizes 108 healthcare organizations from 30 states. Seventy-two of the winners are ambulatory surgery centers, 16 of the winners are physician practices and clinics, 13 are endoscopy centers, 3 are catheterization laboratories, 3 are diagnostic imaging centers, and one is a therapy and rehabilitation center.
